Good day, I downloaded the app for android. When I first tried to log in there was a message saying I would receive a phone call to a landline I no longer have with a confirmation code. I logged in online and removed that number so I could get the call on my mobile. When I try log into the app now it says "sorry, we cannot confirm that it's you". There are no options to get the confirmation done by email or text or to my mobile. Please assist.
Do you have a mobile phone that was issued in your country and registered in just your name verified on your Paypal account? Also have you made your mobile phone your primary number?
Also go to settings > notifications and check the correct number is showing top of that page.
Lastly have you contacted your phone issuer to make sure they can accept paypal sms texts?
