Good day, I downloaded the app for android. When I first tried to log in there was a message saying I would receive a phone call to a landline I no longer have with a confirmation code. I logged in online and removed that number so I could get the call on my mobile. When I try log into the app now it says "sorry, we cannot confirm that it's you". There are no options to get the confirmation done by email or text or to my mobile. Please assist.
