Sorry for the inconvenience! With 2 step verification feature, you can add an extra security to your logins. You can turn on or off 2-step verification for PayPal account logins by logging to your account using desktop or laptop and updating your preference in the setting page. You can get detailed step by step instructions on how to turn off the 2-step verification here.
If you're having trouble logging in because of the 2 step verification, your best option would be to reach out to us over the phone. I recommend you to click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page. From here, if you click the 'Password and Account Access' option, then 'Login Problems'. you will see "Call Us" option at the bottom of the page during working hours.
