The Business Type field is a *Required Field in order to update our Business Name and contact details but we are unable to select anything as it is blocked.
We need to change the name and contact details of our account but can't complete the editing as we are unable to select a Business Type from the dropdown menu. We've tried using different browsers (MSEdge, Chrome, Brave) but all have the same issue.
We know how to Edit our Business Details but the system won't accept the form as it says we must complete the Business Type field for the form to be submitted. Can anyone help resolve this?
