Business account without a business

Hey, I am an IT student and for my finals I have to make a website.

I made a restaurant webshop and the last thing I need is a payment method.

I would like to use Paypal but I need a business account for that.

Is it somehow possible to use Paypal without a business account?

P/S: This website will not go online this is just for me on my localhost.

Also, the price is not fixed its a variable.
