Block someone from sending money

Is there a way to block certain paypal account from sending money to our business account? Usually it's for orders we can't fulfill and we have to refund and lose the transaction fee repeatly. Thanks

Thank you for your post.

I understand that you would like to block another user. When you block someone, they'll no longer be able to send you money, message you, or find you in the PayPal directory.

Here's how to block another PayPal user:

1. Go to your Contacts.
2. Select the contact you want to block.
3. Click Block this contact.

Here's how to block another PayPal user:

1. Tap "Payments."
2. Tap All contacts.
3. Find the person you want to block and tap the More Options icon beside their name.
4. Tap Block.
