App login issues, Sorry we can't verify your identity

I get, Sorry we can't verify your identity, when trying to log into the App. What can I do.??

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post!

I am sorry to hear you are having issues accessing your PayPal account via the app. To resolve any access issues, you will need to contact our customer support directly. 

This can be done by clicking here. Then click on Password and access issues, then Login problems. There you will be able to contact our customer support without logging in.
