Andriod keyboard inactive

When I try to login and my Andriod devices Galaxy phone or tablet, OS Andriod 10, the keyboard shows but I cannot type in the the login email or password boxes.
Any advice please?

I'm sorry to hear that the keyboard isn't working on your phone or tablet when using the app. With it being multiple devices, it may not be related to the installation itself, but nonetheless, let's go through the basic troubleshooting to get it out of the way and make absolutely sure.
First, try power-cycling the device, by turning it off fully, then starting it back up again. Then test to see if you can log in on the app. If that still doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If you still can't get logged in, please call Customer Service for further troubleshooting. If they cannot get it resolved for you, they can pass on the information from the issue and your account so technicians can research why it's happening. There may be something that needs to be fixed centrally for you and others too.
I hope this is resolved with the basic troubleshooting, but if not, I'm sure that Customer Service can get things moving for you.
