Am I not allowed to use any address outside of the USA in my Business Account?

Hi Everyone!

I have just created a Business account, but when I try to fill in all information I am not allowed to add any address outside of the United States. Which is a problem seeing as I am from Hungary. Am I missing something? What could be the issue? Is this unavailable in my Country?

When you open a paypal account you click on country, the default option at the top of the list is the U.S as Paypal is a U.S company.

So you 'click' on the drop down list and scroll down to your country to open the correct Paypal account.

If you have opened a U.S paypal account then you need to remove anything from it and close it asap and open one in your own country.
