Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community. As @Renuka3 mentioned, contacting support is needed. However, I wanted to give you a little more information about how to reach support while logged out, If you click Contact, then Password and account access, then Login Problems, you'll see options for logged-out contact at the bottom of the page.
