hi im trying to refund someone from ebay but paypal saying your money cant be transfered from your bank at this time please add money to your paypal account i tried doing this but saying i have to enter card which iv done ages ago any help pls lady getting really angrey now thanks

Personally i would recommend you send her a cheque or a crossed PO, avoid using Paypal, and certainly give them no more of your bank details
