providing information for EU limitations

i need to provide information regarding lifting limits on my about. as i have a mobile i cannot email my info to paypal via this mobile. i thought i could send a blank email rather than pick topics which want to sell my things on ebay but with out doing this i cannot

Generally any information that we would ask for in order to lift your limits would have to be uploaded rather than sent by email. If you are using a phone you would have to access the site using a mobile browser. You can go to your resolution centre and click upload.
