How do I provide more information on a chargeback against me.

Hello,

I have a chargeback against me for a  used item i sold on ebay from 4 months ago, it was BIN, paid for straight after and delivery confirmed.  Where the buyer says, via their financial institution, that there was unauthorised use of their card.  I provided two screengrabs from my phone in response on the postage.  A day and half later I now have the full page from My Hermes confirming all the delivery.  I wish to send this to Paypal but I see no method of providing additional information.  Could someone please help me and signpost me to whereI can do this.

Thanks Rich

p.s. the chargeback is for unorthorised use of a card, not that the item wasnt received so I am confused as to why whether it was even delivered or not is relevant.

They need the postage details to make sure you posted to the registered paypal address of the account holder.

If you had been asked by the scammer to send it to another address then you would not be covered by seller protection so that is why paypal want that info from you.

Your best bet is to first use this link if you can  >>

To upload documents follow this link: www.paypal.co.uk/uploadstatement

Then make sure you have phoned customer services to state you have uploaded that proof OR you can just add the transaction number to the transaction...........but i would phone to make sure c.s. has it or they may deny your seller protection request.
