lifting limits??

can anyone help - exceeded my limit on purchases, went in to lift limits and was asked to input bank details - it keep saying that need another bank account, i only have one, the one i use for paypal??

If you are being advised that you are unable to register your bank account details on your account, it sounds to me that you may have had your bank account active and confirmed previously on your account. 

If you are getting this error message, it sounds to me that there may have been an issue with your bank that resulted in it being removed. Your best option would be to try contacting customer services directly and we can investigate it further for you.

By clicking the Contact Us icon, you can then either click the Call Us or Email Us options, we can then look into it further for you and let you know how we can get it resolved.

when you said (you have one back account, the one you use for paypal), are you referring to paypal as a bank? They are a Merchant service, FAR from being a Bank. They control your money the way they see fit and if they went bankrupt overnight, you would be **bleep**ed. they are not like a bank where law requires your money is Protected. there is no reason they should have access to my account if i use a Credit card to Purchase....My guess is people getting these messages are cause Paypal has tried to access these accounts and some reason couldn't and now asking for it which means PAYPAL has tried to access accounts without permission
