confirming bank account

someone please help me! I've confirmed my bank card and I'm trying to confirm my bank account on paypal. I've sent a confirmation code - it's all good, I have got the code and all that, but on the paypal page where you actually type in the code, I cant. Like literally I cant type in anything! Physically it doesnt exist! Is there a problem with paypal?? I need to confirm my account!!!

Have you tried troubleshooting steps such as using a different browser? Signing in and out of your account?

Yeah, I've also tried using a different computer too. Like PayPal just doesn't work at all. All the payments are fine but it's just the website. I'm stuck

The same problem with mine paypal. But i still didint get code from them.
