PROOF OF IDENTITY ISSUES

this will be my best shot to reach paypal.

hi,  im currently having trouble with my proving identy to paypal.  

no problem on the personal.   the problem is the address.

so at first i sent proof of billing but not under my name.  it's my brother's since we live on the same address.

but yeah, paypal rejected the document i provided.   informing me it;s not under my name.  

so im cool with it. but when i enter to the link provided to change the document  it just shows this  

it shows that i already attach document. and the document was not under my name.  and i keep recieving emails from paypal and i cant do anything about it.  i want to comply to the request but i cant.   bec i cant upload the file.

been sending multiple emails for help.   but no reply. 

so i wanna try it here.  maybe i can reach paypal here.

also i have a suggestion:  i would suggest that theres a button for changing the documents.  

 i cant provide the document if thats what it shows on the link

If you have any difficulties with uploading any documents via the link you can also use the name change option:

Log in to your account.

Click Profile near the top of the page.

In the 'Name' section, click Change.

Select the legal name change and click Continue.

Follow the on-screen instructions to upload and send files.



Once you have uploaded any documents let Customer Support know via phone or Social Media.
