cannot deliver items whilst account is limited

so my account has been limited until such time as I can provide certain information on my transactions.

the thing is, this includes providing proof of delivery for items that I cannot pay for the delivery of until the limit on my account is lifted, so what can I do here?

Find some money to send the items or refund the buyers.

Can I still refund money when my account is limited? So you're saying I have to find a couple of thousand pounds from nowhere, or close down my entire business and give back any money I have earnt, cancelling my orders and pushing them to the back of the queue, meaning I'll have to wait probably months to be able to try again, to comply with this random security check when I've done nothing wrong? Just because they didn't consider the possibility that items bought a day or two ago might not have been posted yet?

Wow thats a lot of money, you didn't say you were a business.

In that case as no one here has access to your account and can have no idea of why it is limited then you need to contact paypal customer services.

Contact us bottom of paypal pages > use the call us option on the left.

I called them and explained that I couldn't pay postage, so they closed my account and confiscated all the money in it. thanks.

They still haven't even said that I've done anything wrong yet
