account limited and can't ask for help until it is unblocked

So I come on to find my account limited for the purpose of security checks or something, and when I go to ask for help getting it unlimited, it turns out I cannot sign into my account to ask for help until after the issue has been resolved. Every time I try to do so, it says I need to sort out certain security checks before I can do so.

Also, regarding the original issue, I was asked to clarify details of certain transactions, and sent in information stating quite clearly that, as had been arranged with the customers, items for sale had yet to be purchased or sent out, our agreed upon company method of business is to recieve money from the customers, and use this to pay the factory afterwards, which was made clear to everyone involved. I gave this information as requested, and it was seemingly ignored entirely as a few hours later I recieved a request to send evidence that the items had been paid for and sent to the customers, something I cannot do until after my account has been unblocked. I have nothing to send, and it seems there is no option to send them this information, only to upload files I do not have. How do I proceed from here?

oh yes, and the request to upload information about certain transactions, those transactions are referred to by a sequence of seemingly random letters and numbers which give no clue as to which ones are meant, and there is nowhere to actually upload any files I might have, it says the resolution centre, but nope, nothing there about it.
