When is my limit lifted?

Hi there,

i had the same problems as the users before in the discussion. I upgraded to  a business account about 3-4 weeks ago and provided them with all the documents in the same day.  All the informations that i had to provide are checked as green, only the last one is in progress. I phoned to the call center and the lady said that its being verified and that i dont have to worry about receivin higher amounts of payment. But my site still tells me that i have the limit and in my case, a single item which i sell is worth more than the basic limit so i cant risk this! What happens when its overdrawn? What happens to the amount that is above the limit? I simply cant start the business! What do i need to do? Also  when i click the resolution center, it says that im not waiting for paypals authentification ?? And theres a warning sign that i need to provide more info on my accoubnt, when i click it, it goes to the main overview site !! Absolute chaos and i dont know what to do

Not sold on ebay since May but at the time had account limited because my sales had exceeded EU limit. At the time I was waiting for just over £520 refund and Paypal used the limit as an excuse not to pay me. When I verified my details, the limit was lifted. Just resumed trading on ebay and being total account is limited for same reason. Go to resolution centre to confirm my details and note that they are already confirmed (green arrow icon) although I am still being asked to confirm with no "confirm" button to press. Trying to contact Paypal brings up a screen asking me to choose a topic and off we go on a merry go round! So frustrating, want to trade and can't

I cant understand why do they keep you in an uncertainity. I don't mind waiting, if i know whats going on. So far i dont know whats going on. Its more than a week as i spoke with the support team member and according to her its everything alright :/. Here's how my Resolution center screen looks like : http://www.marcelkralik.com/shot.jpg

and when i click the "Why" icon besides the warning, it just links to my overview page ! So i dont know what to do...

Hi guys,

I realise it may be frustrating being asked to provide information that you have already provided previously. If you can see on the Resolution Centre on your account that you have already completed the different steps, you should try contacting customer services directly.

This can be done by clicking the Call Us or Email Us options. When you get in contact with us, we will be able to verify that you have already completed these steps and then get the limits lifted from your PayPal accounts.

Please let me know how it goes.

David.

Hi David,

onthe phone i have been told once again, that i dont need to worry about lifting, it will be done once i reach or overdraw the limit - which in my case will happen once i sell the first item which costs more than the receiving limit. The lady on the phone said, i dont have to worry about it ?? I dont know the logic behind it, why cant they lift it before? This way i have to overdraw the limit - and then Paypal will be working on the lifting limits. Is this the standard procedure ? please tell me. Whyhave other people normaly lifted limits once they provide the documents? Im still afraid that the customer will be denied when the item costs more than my limit...or the money will be closed somewhere - locked. Please confirm me, that i dont have to worry about this situation. Thank you
