Verifying my bank account......

Hey! I am in a bit of a situation regarding the verification of my bank account.

I recieved the deposits (in the slowest pace of time), and as I now typed them in to the webpage it's saying they're incorrect! I have no idea why, as they clearly aren't. I'm not typing it in a third time as it says your bank acc gets blocked from using paypal if that happens! Anyone else experienced the same problem? If so, how was it resolved? Smiley Sad

Hi there Chloe0301,

 

The only thing that I can think of is that you may have initiated the verification process on your bank account more then once.

 

If you initiate the verification process on your bank account and then enter the random deposit amounts incorrectly three times, this removes your bank account. You can then register your bank account again and initiate the process again.

 

For example, you could then receive the first sets of deposits and try to enter these on your PayPal account and these would be incorrect because the second set have not appeared in your bank account yet.

 

My best advice would be for you to contact customer services and we can investigate it further for you. If you click the 'Contact Us'  icon at the bottom of any PayPal webpage, you can call or email us for more information regarding this.
