well.. they tell me that some one hacked into my paypal account and tried to buy stuff using my bank account. so NOW they want my photo ID and my full bank account number with name and address.. I went thru h&ll trying to upload it to them. first called them and asked why did you put a hold on my account.. after telling me because some one from outside of the USA tried to buy something using my accound.. how is that possible I asked... they tell they are not sure how. or who! Rep wanted me to take a picture using my cell phone, then send it to my email address, then send it to them,,, needing both my drivers license and full bank account info. It didnt work, so then tells me to fax it to them, then wait a few days for them to review... or use paypal website and up load pics of my personal info... i have gone thru freakin hoops to get this resolved with NO help from the paypal rep!
And trying to do all on the paypal website.. SUCKS BIG TIME! Nothing works! You put the info in.. and it comes up well we cant process it right now, try again later.. try again later.. try again later. I just wanted to CLOSE my paypal account but will not let me do that even.. well after I MAYBE ever get this resolved... I will close it for good... paypal resolution center is run by a bunch of morons! THIS IS PAYPALS FAULT IN THE FIRST PLACE.. they let some one HACK into my account, now I am paying for it!
