I have tried to resolve my account limitation for quite some time now.
It asks for me to provide proof of shipping yet there are no tracsactions to provide shipping for, hence I cannot provide proof of delivery leaving my account in complete limbo
It also asks for photo ID and an Address, my account belongs to a company, which has a fixed address but no single person responsible for the account. Its a registered company also, which can be found on UK Companies house so its no "bodgit n scarper" business. I've tried conveying this message but have yet to get resolved
I also have a refund from ebay returning to me through paypal which has vanished also. The transaction ID given by the seller and eBay themselves comes back as not valid. It seems to have disappeared.
I have emailed paypal 3 times about the limitation problem and even got to the stage of filing a formal complaint with zero response from all 4 of these communication attempts
Is there anyone here who has any information that may help me progress? PayPal themselves dont seem interested in helping me at al
