I tried to pay for my makeup on a website and it didn't let me pay. I went on my paypal and it said that my account is limited???? When I clicked on the notfication it told me to show proof of postage and address and all that **bleep**? IM NOT AN EBAY SELLER I HAVENT SOLD ANYTHING what the **bleep** is this? I have £100 on there and I NEED IT ASAP SO SOMEONE BETTER HELP ME.
