A week before my account exceded the receivment limit (2500$ a year) so i'm unable to withdraw or send money. The weird part is that the same thing happened last year and to solve it asked for my personal details like photo of my passport which i did send. But why this happened again ? I don't know ! And even more strange is that if i click on "lift limits" it says that all the details have been provided and that paypal will get to me in a few days. FEW ! It's been a week already and i have sent 3 messages in the resolution center and a few in facebook. No response at all ! What's going on ?!
