Unable to Verify Paypal account with my Bank account ?I

Because I had not used Ebay for a while, I had forgotton my passwords, also had swapped my email address .. So set up new Ebay account.

I now need to verify my Paypal account and my bank account. But I can't as it says that my bank account is verified with another account..... 

How can I cancel the old details not knowing any of them ?

You'll have to recover your old e-mail address and log into your old account, you should be able to do it if you know your financial details

see below:

1. Visit the PayPal website at www.paypal.co.uk
2. Click ‘Problem with login?’ under the ‘Log In’ button.
3. Choose 'I've forgotten my email address'.

4. Enter up to 3 different email addresses that you may have registered on your PayPal account.
5. Enter the security code by typing the letters and numbers shown then click ’Continue’.

If we’re unable to identify your email address you can try 3 different email addresses or click ‘try a different method’.

If you choose to try a different method, you’ll be asked to fill in some personal information then click ‘Submit’. We’ll try to identify you from this information. If we can, you’ll be asked to verify your identity and then you’ll be able to create a new password.
