The Right Details on Verification

I have now verified my bank details with PayPal as you are supposed to do.  The only thing is, my PayPal account name and my bank details name are different.  Does this mean I have to make another PayPal account using my real name as shown in my bank account.  The one that I am using at the moment is linked to one of my email addresses.  How can I keep this one and still put the right bank account name onto the verification details that PayPal brings up?

Hi Heathsideboy, 

If the name on your PayPal account is a small typo or your name has legally changed you can request it to be updated on your PayPal account. 

To request a name change on PayPal please type name change in the help section and follow the online steps. 

If the name on your PayPal account is completely different or is not a real name then you would need to close the PayPal account and open one with your correct name.

I think I'm getting confused somewhere along the line.  I must have given the correct information about my bank details including the name on the account surely otherwise it would not have shown that I was verified and it would not have shown a green tick (which I have)thus linking my bank account to my PayPal.

Where I am getting mixed up is that the name that I use for one of my emails is not my real name.  I also use this email to login to the PayPal forums and PayPal itself.

Where would I look or check to see what details I gave when getting verified and linking my bank details with my PayPal? 

If you could tell me this then I could check whether I need to do anything regarding opening a new PayPal account.
