Problems with verification of credit card

My account went into negative. In order to restore the balance I click on resolve balance and it offers me to add funds through the credit card that is already registered through PayPal. When I try to confirm this PayPal renders error saying the following: "This transaction failed because we were unable to verify this credit card through our card validation process. In order to proceed with your transaction, please select a different funding method or add a different credit card".

I don't have another card and I don't know what to do. Thought perhaps the PayPal community can help me.

I have the same problem, it don't lets my card veryfied. I already contacted my card issuer, but nothing happened! I'm getting worried! :((

Hello Mate ... same happen to me ... all you need to do is to call your bank to activate your credit card because it's new. that's all

OMG WHAT the F.... i just recived a message from my bank saying that 0.393 OMR was taken from my account (ie1.95$)

this is liek the 5th time paypal is carging me that amount... how can i remove my paypal account? im sick of this **bleep**

Welcome to the community forum.

Issues like this can still occur even if you have the money available. Sometimes it is just that your bank are not sure what you are being charged for and won't let the verification charge go through. Normally if you call the customer service number on the back of your card they can give you more information and get it resolved for you.
