Paypal limitation - Wants buisness information but not a business.

Hello, some time last year my account was limited. I didn't notice for quite some time because I don't use ebay/paypal a great deal. Usually just go on to sell a few bits and bobs or to buy the odd thing. So I went to sell some things the other day and I find out that my account is limited but the things it's asking me to do are impossible. The following has been requested;

Confirm your bank account - Already Confirmed.

Resolve Complaints - There are no complaints.

Validate your account information - Ok with this one but don't really fancy sending my ID if I can't solve the others.

Provide business information - I'm not a business.

Provide proof of delivery - The items were sold in August last year so I don't have the postage slips anymore.

Provide invoices - I'm not a buisness and don't have any invoices.

I have tried to email paypal but get a standard reply email that doesn't help. It asked me to call them but I have medical issues and this isn't possible. I tried to get my dad to call them but they wouldn't speak to him about it. I have tried to close this account to open another one and it says I can't do that either. I feel stuck and don't know how to fix this. Help would be great thank you.
