Hey i recently deleted my old paypal i had on here and have started a new one which is just in a different email address because i no longer wanted to use my old email address neither, i had my bank account added on that old paypal which worked fine but it said paypal has put in 2 different funds? and i had to type in what the funds were, i never got the funds at all so i couldnt put in anything so i put it in 3 times anyways to see whatd happen and it said its blocked or contact paypal or something like this, and now i have my new paypal i cant add my bank account it keeps saying this. sorry we can not meet your request right now try again later, been saying that for over 2 weeks ive tried emailing paypal and they never reply what do i do!?!?
This sounds frustrating! When you enter the code wrong 3 times your bank account becomes disabled and cannot be added to another PayPal account.
Don't worry as PayPal can manually re-enable the bank details and allow you to add it back to your PayPal account, you will need to call however for PayPal to verify your details first. You can do so through the 'contact us' link at the bottom of any PayPal page.
