PayPal account permanently limited PayPal said I can make a new account

Hi everyone, My PayPal account was permanent limited the other day I received a email saying I can make another account and i can use the same finachial details( this was because I made an account under 18 but now am 18) I cannot remove my bank account due to the limitation therefore cannot add it on to my new account! Can someone please help me I have contacted all customer services but have no reply I have my debit card on my new account just not my bank account to transfer money thanks everyone!

Yes you can receive funds and you would be able to "spend" them as your balance is the default funding source.

I'm having the same issue and it's ridiculous really, it's annoying me as their customer service is absolutely poor and non-exisitent.
