I am having a problem with a credit card I registered my PayPal account with a couple of years ago,it's basically saying I have a pending payment but this card it not in use anymore,I've tried to remove it but it won't let me,my back up Debit card is my my current account but it won't let be withdraw to it or let me delete my old card. I can currently adding money with my debit card.Thank you
