No confirmation code in my bank account

Dear all,

I have tried to confirm my bank account and it says that it says that the code has been sent to my bank account.

Nothing however appears in my bank account.

I have just moved to brazil and my bank account is in the uk.

I will therefore not be able to go into the bank to see if they have the code.

Please help!

Paypal is country specific so if you move country you have to open another paypal account in that country and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.

The only exception is U.S users can add their bank accounts to other countries paypal accounts.

I opened the pay pal account here though but with my british card.

Would this be the reason why the codes are not appearing in my bank account in the uk?

Probably yes. You can add a credit card that is a visa but not sure about a debit card, best check that one out with customer services.
