My account is limited and i can't send any single penny.

Can anyone help me figure this out, i have been having a really hard time trying to send money to merchants and friends.

So what happened exactly is that i gave my paypal information to a best friend to help me in business and transferring money to people, so after like 2 days, my paypal account got limited saying that 

" We want to check with you to make sure that no one has logged in to your account without your permission."

I tried to send some money to people, but it didn't work out, that's where i called paypal.. and they told me that if i gave my info to anyone, the account would get limited because of security purposes, they told me also that i need to put in my credit card and my id, i got only an ID, but i don't have a credit card, so will it be limited forever? 

Because i'm really in a hurry and i need to make alott of payments for business purposes, if anyone knows what's the solution, please let me know!

You would have to ask customer services how long it will be limited but personally you were taking a huge risk AND breaking paypal rules by letting someone have your log in info.

 Yes, i understand, but i didn't know about that, plus that i don't have a credit card now, i wanted to test out if i added a VCC, would it work?... it didn't, it says that my account is limited, when i go to the instructions they say "Add a credit card" to remove the limitation, so whenever i try to add a vcc, it dosen't work!
