See I am in a bit of a mess.

I am underage but have a paypal account with a good amount of money but it is limited. 

Is it possible to remove the account, get the money and use paypal again when I am 18?

Or something like that.

If paypal have limited it because you broke the rules and opened an account underage then there is nothing you can do about it.

Well I Never broke any rules in the first place. I didnt breach the Terms and Conditions so I don`t know how this would work.

I just want to know if its possible to withdraw the money then leave it.
