Account still limited.

So at 21st of July i did some shopping in e-bay with my newly made account. After i managed to buy 3 items from 3 different sellers on e-bay, i got my paypal account limited for some "outstanding issues" according to pay pal. I provided all the required information they asked and all of them are still " in progress " 4 days later. This is outrageous since i need to use the account for some important shopping.. + they don't even reply on my emails. Worst customers support ever.

So I just made a comment to get rid of the thread from ''contribute'' and save others wasting their time reading it.

Well besides of being rude and trying to ruin company's image you are also "playing" the clever one. I have searched some about you and you just give those dumb answers to many people. Yes it was a statement and not a question. And it is my only way to attract this company's support team to help me because they locked me out from my account and even though i provided them all the required information , 7 days have past without even caring of what problems they caused me. 2 emails, messages on facebook team ( which they redirected me on twitter), then no reply still. They should't tell you " we will try to reply within 24 hours" 7 freaking days passed. Ok mister clever ? There i wasted some more of your time.

I wasn't being rude, I put ok to get rid of a ''statement'' from contribute so others that asked for help could get it.

When you asked why I gave you the reason.

 

As for ''company image'' what has that to do with anything?? I don't work or represent paypal in any way, shape or form.

This is a ''user to user'' help forum. I couldn't care less about paypals reputation, I am on this board as an ebay seller to help the ''users of paypal'', ones that actually ask a question.

 

Strange that over 2000 people have left me kudos for helping them and nearly another 2000 have marked me as solving their problem, makes you silly remark about me giving dumb answers a tad meaningless really.

 

As you have now said what your problem is I could give you some information that would help you but then that would be me being ''mister clever'' wouldn't it................so i won't.
