Hi All, My account got limited last summer, 180 days passed around March. Everytime I call, they say 'thank you John, we will get these lifted for you' then it never happens. Last few times, after waiting ages I have said that I want to hold until it's done so I can check it's clear, they say because they need to speak to another department I can't hold as it can take up to 72 hours! Everytime I email, regardless of the topic I get an automated response, no one ever looks at my account. How do I proceed? Thanks John

Hi there,
Welcome to the PayPal Community. I see you have not had a response from any of our members to date. maybe I can help.
If you have reached your receiving limit it normally means we require photo identifications and proof of address to have this lifted. If you visit the resolution Centre on your account you should see options to upload this information.

Thanks for your message. I have already uploaded my passport, bank statement and proof of address months ago. So what's next?
