Moved country and my money is stuck in old account!

Hello I need some help.

I didn't know Paypal was country specific, so after I moved country, I wanted to change my bank card to the one I got in France, first I deleted the now invalid old card, only then did I find out I couldn't register the new one or a new address!

So my money is now stuck in this paypal account! I have no other bank card I can use in that country. How do I withdraw my money now!? can I transfer it when I set up new account here somehow?

I need paypal to contact me!

As long as you can still access the old account you may be lucky and be able to ''send'' those funds to your new account in your new country as long as you send it in the correct currency which may mean you have to convert those funds in your old account OR add that currency as a receiving currency in your new account.

If that does not work then give customer services a call.
