I have been trying to make payments using my UK PayPal in Philippines as I spend a good part of the year there. It doesn't allow it. So I have tried to set up a second account in the Philippines using a different email and the intention was then to link that to my Philippines bank account. Everytime I try, it just defaults to my original UK account.
