Limits still not lifted...who can help me???

A week ago when routinely trying to pay for some items on ebay I was told I had reached my sending limit on PayPal so I followed to lift limits and entered all information required and got all green ticks which, by their key, indicates all is complete yet it says more information required so I check on here and a moderator had advised to wait 48hrs for resolution so I leave it over the weekend and still no solution - I am seeing others posting with the same issue and someone coming back apologetically and asking them to check their account as someone has resolved things for them and yet I have posted and questioned moderators and emailed the customer service team THREE times and yet to date nobody has had the decency to come back to me...WTF???? I have items on ebay that need to be paid for and this is affecting my rating and credibility which is NOT acceptable! If anyone from PayPal or a moderator reads this then I would appreciate someone coming back to me to offer some advice or help to sort this out as a matter of urgency!

Have you entered the 4 digit code from your bank statement to finish the verification and lift the limits?

I haven't but not sure I know what you - what four digit code and where do you enter it?? Oh, and thanks for being the first person to come back to me on this in a week!

Well this is a help board manned by other paypal and ebay members and i just volunteer here as an ebay seller that knows how paypal works...........or think i do sometimes.

When you add your bank account to "lift your limits" then paypal send a payment to your bank account with a 4 digit code to "finish" the verification process.

All your requirements are ticked because you have added the bank account and they have sent the code but you are not fully verified until you complete that process.
