Negative Balance advice

Hi,

Before going for me big time for being an idiot, I'm already beating myself up for this.

I have a VERY large negative balance due to instant funds not being taken from my bank account "instantly" and my partner spending the money straight out of the account.

Normally the money is held and the available balance restricts what you can withdraw but this time it didn't happen.

I will pay back the money but it's going to take a couple of months unless I can fund it some other way.

How quickly will Paypal take action, I don't want to mess Paypal around but I have no money until payday and then I don't have the full amount.  

Obviously will learn the hard way with this if it does go to collection agency but I hope to sort it quicker than that.

I do sympathise and "expect" paypal will give you some time but i don't actually think anyone on this board can actually know what time they give you.

You could phone paypal to find out but personally i would just wait it out.

Thanks Kernow. I'm going to put it in little and often so at least it will go down. I know its not a credit facility and completely understand why other contributors get tired of people like me who accidently overspend but can't pay back straight away. Believe me I'm mortified that I've done this.
