Limitation on my Account - with 6-12 months to live

I was recently donated several items including electronic goods which I decided to sell on eBay. The sales were successful and the money was paid into my PayPal account. Before I even had chance to make any withdrawal PayPal placed a limitation on my account. The goods were donated kindly by various people, friends, family etc so that I can take my 2 young children on their dream holiday to Disneyland and leave them with some good memories. In November 2016 I was diagnosed with terminal bowel cancer with was inoperable and the consultants have given me 6 - 12 months before the cancer finally defeats me. PayPal are withholding the money as I do not have invoices, I do not even know which kind people donated which items. I have pleaded with PayPal but they show no care or compassion even to a dying man who wants to make his children's dreams a reality. How is this fair and how can PayPal just be allowed to withold money that doesn't belong to them. Surely there must be some governing body who could and should stop them from acting in what I can only describe as cruel even fraudulent. They even charge a fee for doing so and they should be held to account for there actions. I am taking this to the European Court of Human Rights as speaking to PayPal has achieved nothing but inconsiderate automated responses which shows that they just do not care.
