Lifting limits

Hi,
There's a limitation on my business account since 4 weeks.  I've uploaded all the documents, ID, bank statement, bills,etc..but the limitation is still there, and the resolution center says there is no open case, also waiting for my response. 
I've sent many e-mails to the customer service, but nothing happened (except that I got two mails about some name change i didn't do..moreover it was addressed not to my name.) . 
I saw a lot of posts about the same problem, hope you can help me too.
