A limitation on your account doesn't mean that you have done something wrong, it just means that we need to check some information with you. Most limitations are placed for protection so we can be sure that your account is safe. If you are selling we may also do a check on the items that you are selling to ensure that they comply with our terms or service.
As your screenshot says you just need to go to the Resolution Centre of your account to get things started. You will find steps there to complete and once you have addressed all of them your account will be reviewed.
