Hi there, I was told a while ago to verify my bank account to lift limits, I went through the whole process of the 2 small deposits etc and everything was fine after that. I am now trying to pay for something and have been told that I need to lift my sending limit. The thing is, when I click the limits icon, I can only see the option to lift "receiving limits" which I don't need. Nonetheless I proceeded to do this anyway and went through the confirmation of details etc, and was told that my details didn't match and that I have to send documents?? I may have put in my term time address instead of my home address (I am a student). The thing is, I don'y really want to have to go through all this since I want to lift my sending limit NOT my receiving limit. I'm confused and need help please! Thanks in advance

Hi elle25,
From reading your posts is sounds like it are encountering a mixture of two things.
Firstly, if you have verified your bank account then you should not have a sending limit on your account. If you are continuing to receive a message that you have a sending limit then I would recommend that you contact us via the contact us link so we can review your account specifically.
Secondly;, If you are being requested to send documents it may be in relation to resolving your receiving limit. If you entered an address that you are not officially registered as living at then the automated check would fail. In this case you will be requested to upload documents.
I hope this helps and keep us posted if you get it resolved
