I made someone's account restricted

Hi i have this problem i was about to send a payment to india and accidently sent it to another persons email. It was refunded after 3 minutes and now her account was restricted because i mentioned a product on my message that she was not selling. Whats the best thing to do to resolve the mess im in now? Pls help me..
