How to 'force' paypal to update account limitations page

Hi,

I need to add verification information to my account, and Paypal have blocked my transacxtions until I do so.

The documents I added weren't complete, and I receiced an email to tell me so. But when I go to add the missing documents it says

"Thank you for providing the required information.
We'll get back to you within 2-3 working days."

Know how I can get them to reset this, so I can upload my documents?

I am sorry to hear there have been delays in verifying your information. I would suggest uploading your documents using the following link Upload.

Once you have uploaded and submitted the documents give our Customer Support a quick call on 0800 358 7911. They may be able to validate the information on the call and resolve the issue.
