Hello everyone. Last year my account got limited after I tried to log in from other page (Freelancer.com) and now Paypal is aking me for a photo of my passport and one from the latest movements of my credit card. I gave them the first one but not the other and this is because I don´t have a credit card affiliated to Paypal since I am not affiliated to an US Bank (I am from Venezuela). People advise me to call Paypal; however there is not possibility or me to do that since the telephone companies of my country don´t provide this type of service. It´s for this that I ask you to help me fix this because it´s urgent since I am about to be paid a money that can be useful for me and my family.
Wait...So you are saying that I can affiliate my debit or credit card from a local bank, a Venezuelan bank, to Paypal? Would affiliate a debit or credit card from a Venezuelan bank help to solve this problem?
