Why cant I add my bank account

Morning,

I have been trying to add my bank account so I can withdraw money. Each time I get the message @sorry we are unable to process your request.' I am on a laptop and have made several attempts over the last week. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Firstly try clearing your cache / history and then if that doesn't work try another browser.

 

Also check this  ...

 

Unable to add bank account:

  • The bank account is already linked to another PayPal account.
  • Your PayPal account is limited.
  • The name on your bank account needs to match the name on your PayPal account
