EU LIMITATION PLACED ON ACCOUNT, can't seem to resolve

Hi all, Hoping that someone can help or a competent advisor could respond. My account was limited on Sunday with regards to the EU limited. Having recently confirmed everything on my Account such as card, bank, address. Everything on my Account has green ticks. My problem is everytime I click on resolve in the case it's not asking me to do anything. All it states at the top is more account information required with the completed checklist underneath. I have emailed PayPal twice now, had a response from the first stating I need to upload 2 forms of ID, no instruction how to do this. The case hasn't changed since it started and the website is not asking me for this? Why is the case not asking me to upload? I am definitely not in a review situation as the button asks me to resolve. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Firstly i would contact them by phone to check they want the i.d. and they should tell you how to upload documents if they want them. If not come back here and we can give you a link.

 

Secondly >>>

 

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option (if there is one in the country you are in) > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".

Hi I cannot call as my tariff does not include 0800 numbers. I still haven't had a response from my 2nd email and have messaged via Twitter 3 times via private message and no response. My case still looks the same, nothing is being asked for, still says more information needed above the completed checklist. Nothing about uploading documents. I have alot sitting in my PayPal balance which is needed funds... Still 1 week later I can't seem to get the help I need to resolve this. Can a PayPal advisor please look into my account and see what the issue is. Advice appreciated

This is not customer services and even the moderators on here that work for paypal won't be able to help you.

 

They will tell you to contact them via customer services.
