Hello! I just wanna know if my PHP100 Card Confirmation Fee Refund would go to "PayPal Balance" or would it go my MasterCard account? I don't understand why in my My Account>Overview, the PHP100 refund is on my PayPal balance. I thought it would go to my MasterCard account, as it was deducted on my MasterCard account when I confirmed/verified my card. Thank you very much in advance for your response!
When any customer confirms their card that is registered to their PayPal account, we would always refund the charge directly to their PayPal balance.
There is no process currently in place in order for payments to be refunded directly back to the card that has been used when completing the confirmation process.
Hi i just confirmed my credit card last monday, they said that the fee they deducted from my credit card will be refunded after 24hrs, it has been 2days and i haven't got my refund yet. What should i do????????
